The user is solely responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials and the use of their account. Any fraudulent use must be reported immediately to the publisher.

Geoptim AI offers automated AI visibility audit services, positioning analysis in responses generated by artificial intelligences (ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity, etc.) as well as personalized recommendations to improve the presence of the audited site.

Audits are generated from URL analysis and public or accessible data from AI engines or open databases.

Some services are free within the limits of reasonable use. Other features are paid and accessible via subscription or one-time payment.

Payments are secure and handled via the Stripe provider. Pricing conditions are accessible from the site and may be modified at any time. Any pricing change will not affect current subscriptions before their expiration date.

Audits purchased individually

Audits can also be purchased individually, in batches, through one-time payment with no subscription required. They are credited to your account immediately upon payment confirmation.

These audits have no validity period: they remain available to you as long as they have not been consumed, even without an active subscription or after cancellation.

They are consumed last, after any audits offered under a promotional code and after the monthly quota of your subscribed plan. An audit purchased individually provides access to the Pro plan's analysis scope; when the user is subscribed to a higher-tier plan, their subscription's scope applies.

In case of a refund for an audit purchase, only unused audits are removed from the account. Already used audits correspond to services rendered and remain due.

The user agrees to use the services in a fair and compliant manner with these Terms and Conditions.

• It is forbidden to automate the use of free audits or to divert them from their commercial purpose.
• Subcontracting or resale of audits is prohibited without prior written authorization from Profusion SAS.
• Any abusive, fraudulent, or behavior that could harm the security or stability of the service may result in account suspension or deletion.

The website architecture, brands, logos, graphic elements, texts, scripts, and interfaces are the exclusive property of Profusion SAS or its partners, unless otherwise stated.

The content generated by the platform (audits, analyses, recommendations) is made available to the user for personal or professional use. Usage rights are shared between the user and Geoptim AI, without exclusivity.

Profusion SAS strives to maintain continuous and secure access to the service. However, temporary interruptions for maintenance, updates, or technical incidents may occur without notice.

The publisher cannot be held responsible in the event of site unavailability or data loss resulting from events beyond its control.

Geoptim AI cannot guarantee the absolute accuracy of generated results, nor their direct impact on actual positioning in AIs. The service is provided "as is" without express or implied warranty.

Profusion SAS shall not be held responsible for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the site or data provided, except in cases of proven gross negligence.

The site may contain links to third-party websites. Geoptim AI does not exercise any control over these sites and disclaims any responsibility for their content or how they may be used.

Personal data collected in connection with the use of the service is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

The website uses cookies necessary for service operation and analytical cookies (Google Analytics). Users can manage their preferences via the consent banner displayed on their first visit.

Users can delete their account at any time through their personal space or by contacting support via the contact form.

Geoptim AI reserves the right to suspend or delete an account in case of serious or repeated violation of the Terms and Conditions, after prior notification.

These Terms of Service may be modified at any time by Profusion SAS. In case of substantial modification, users will be notified. Use of the service after modification constitutes acceptance of the new Terms of Service.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In case of dispute, exclusive jurisdiction is vested in the courts of Pontoise, except where mandatory legal provisions provide otherwise.
